We will start with how to make the perfect dough, and what you should look for in good dough. We will then move onto the toppings, exploring a world of pizza creations that you wouldn't even have dream of. We will show you how to man the oven, how to wield a pizza peel and why Napoli are so proud of their creation. You'll even learn how to eat it like they do in Naples (like everything in Italy, there are rules!)

Brothers Thom and James quit their London desk jobs to undertake an epic, 2500 mile "Pizza Pilgrimage" from the southernmost tip of Italy back to the UK. All this in a classic, Italian, 3-wheeled Piaggio ape van (with a top speed of 40 mph).

During their trip they uncovered a world of ingredients, regional varieties and pizza creations that you certainly won't see in your local Pizza Hut!
